I spent years doing what
I thought I should do.
Don’t get me wrong, I was happy and I chose to follow a certain path. I went to college, grad school, I worked hard at my jobs, built a career teaching and supervising, got married, had children, and a dog, and a minivan, started my own business and life was good.

Until it wasn’t.

My happy wasn’t enough anymore.

I had put my heart into my life and suddenly it didn’t fit. I was exhausted and knew there was something more out there for me.

So I did what I am
really good at and
I educated myself.
A great tool and also a way to really avoid getting to the juiciness of the challenge.

But I came out with skills, and then the real work began.

And I started the process of rediscovering myself and redesigning this new phase of my life.

Because things change.
We shift, we grow, we mature and so does the landscape. That’s part of the deal. Its human. What we want in our twenties is not what matches us now.
The question is:
what now?
I partner with people who want to courageously
align their life and their work with their deepest values.

I transformed my life and
my business and you can, too.

I am a creative, compassionate and tenacious
coach who inspires deep transformation
personally and professionally.
I have been helping individuals and families for over twenty-five years live authentic, powerful and meaningful lives.

With a deep knowledge and an open heart, I provide a safe and courageous space for my clients to break through what is holding them back and create the life they deeply desire.

How extraordinary to let go of who you think you should be and find out who you really are.
Welcome to the next step in your journey. I am deeply committed to your transformation. I believe it is our birthright to live a fulfilling life. To grow and expand. To live all out. And that is why I do what I do.

I know what it feels like to go through days in a haze of expectations, shoulds and structures that feel too tight. There was a time I didn’t recognize my life and I was the one who created it.

I believe in
partnership and community.
I am passionate about working with thoughtful individuals who want to create success and fulfillment in their lives, their families, their businesses and their world.

I draw on my extensive training and experience in the areas of psychology, family systems, integrative nutrition, personal development and spiritual consciousness to support my clients through a holistic lens.

I specialize in

Life fulfillment
Relationships

This is my pledge to you:
